This calls for more study. I love the background. You really out did yourself on that. I have a few critiques on it, mostly there is no real shadowing in the girl and she looks like she's floating. I need time to look at this for there are some things that don't look right. Minor points but will really make this even more spectacular.

Raise the cage on the fan so the white circle is centered on the motor. His lower legs are too short. Also the frog's hind legs are way too small. That's all I can see.
You want to know what is so frustrating for me, I can see things, I know how they look, but I can't draw them. I feel almost like a hypocrite for pointing out the errors of someone who can draw far better than me.

Now here's what's notably good.
The way his clothes look like they were painted in oils. The skill in doing the blowing paper. The clouds are fantastic. The contrast of the sharpness of the grass to the bushes. Those are marvelous. (Take a moment to take a bow for those alone.) The impressionistic portrayal of the mountain. I love those little dots of colour around the floor area. This really would make a great poster. Fix the errors and you can really be proud.

This entire picture is radiating heat! It's making me feel lazy. XD

Also, your todo list looks interesting. I can 100% sympathize with the 10,000 WIPs part D:
